Responsibilities

The Senior Technology Leadership Professional works with Test Data Management and Test Data Engineering Team drive products from design completion to volume production release. Responsible for becoming a SME on Informatica and the de-identification process on premise as well as on Cloud. Will work hands on with multiple application teams to ensure data in lower environments is compliant and solutions are working as expected. Performs various engineering tests to verify and validate product designs. Responsible for hands on development as a leadership professional. Expected to lead infrastructure updates from patching to Windows upgrades on all Test Data Management Servers. Supports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree
5 or more years of technical experience
Experience with De-Identification and sub-setting using Informatica
Hands on experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS)
Experience with Technology Lifecycle Management - Patching, Upgrades, Software Installs
Experience with SQL and Linux
Knowledge of Synthetic Data usage
Understanding of data refresh processes
Experience with the technologies related to Test Data Protection in the application(s) or infrastructure
Experience with large scale software upgrades and patches (Technology Lifecycle Management)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across varying levels of personnel
Experience with unit testing and mocking
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences


Preferred Qualifications


Azure Cloud Experience
Cloud API Technical Experience
Advanced Degree in technical field or MBA
Development experience in Microsoft PowerApps
Demonstrated ability running large scale projects
Experience with technology solutions assessments and/or strategy planning oversight
