Experience:
Education or experience working in the Information Technology field configuring, supporting and troubleshooting application software in a workstation and clientserver environment for a medium to enterprise business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess good time management and organization skills. Working collaboratively with developers, project management teams, and business unit leaders, contributing to the continued design, development and deployment of business applications.
Requirements:
Primary technical skills
Knowledge of computer operations and their interfaces
Working knowledge of communications protocols and networking technology and hardware
Working knowledge of IT infrastructure architecture and databases.
MS SharePoint configuration, administration and deployment.
Atlassian on-demand product suite (Jira, GreenHopper, Confluence)
ERP software administration and best practices
Windows Server 2008/2012, Windows XP/Vista/7 desktop application support
