Description
The Work Stream Leader, Product Owner is responsible for all aspects of software or hardware product delivery and performance. The Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. Three tracks are available based on specific experience and skills including: CRM, data conversion, and data transformation & reporting.
Responsibilities
In the immediate term, the work stream leaders will engage in a large-scale transformation effort underway for the CarePlus business. The leaders will engage with internal and external design engineering and test teams to drive design, development and implementation of technology products and services associated with the program release. Once the program is complete, the leaders will establish and execute the long-term product strategy post-implementation and/or will transition into other value-add activities across the CarePlus and Puerto Rico organizations.
The CRM Lead will engage with the Member and Social Services teams to develop the corresponding CRM capabilities that are required and will be enabled by the new SaaS ecosystem. This includes developing the long-term product roadmap and working closely with the business teams to groom and prioritize features and capabilities. Ensure engagement with downstream technical teams to build the right integrations, test and implement work over a multi-year journey.
The Conversion Lead will be responsible for the migration of data from an existing legacy platform to new cloud-based platform. Ensure that data testing activities are coordinated and managed, and to participate in planning testing activities for the project, including unit, integration, system and acceptance testing of appropriate test data, monitoring test coverage, and reporting on test activities, issues and discrepancies.
The Data Transformation Lead is responsible for managing the IT professionals who design, develop, maintain, and support the data warehousing activities. This role will learn our client's users' needs both from a historical/warehouse perspective and an operational/transactional perspective and work with business stakeholders across lines of business to evaluate requirements, potential solutions and prioritize core platform features.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2 or more years of project leadership experience
Experience with the technologies in use in the application(s) or infrastructure
Experience with unit testing and mocking
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to senior leaders
Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
8 or more years of project leadership and technical product development.
Demonstrated ability to run large scale, highly visible programs with responsibility for multiple project teams
Possess a solid understanding of operations, technology, communications and processes
Advanced Agile and/or Design Thinking certifications.
5 years of experience with Salesforce or other CRM implementations.
8 years of experience in related field (Data Warehousing Preferred)
5 years experience in systems development with emphasis on data conversion.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
MBA or other Advanced Degree
