Expert 84 Months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months experience writing PowerBuilder Code including using Version10.5

36 months experience writing C# / .net code.

36 months experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases. This includes designing Tables, Triggers, Stored Procedures and writing SQL.

60 months experience with gathering requirements and creating technical design documents.

60 months experience with government projects that followed a Project Management methodology.
