The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following: Develop Oracle stored procedure, packages, and triggers to integrate in-house applications with cloud-based software

Develop batch applications using .net, oracle

Develop online applications using JavaScript, .net and oracle

Develop utilizing modern web development frameworks.

The consultant will adhere to NYSIF's application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.

Systems Architect

Defines the architecture of a computerized system (i.e., a system composed of software and hardware) in order to fulfill certain requirement, including a breakdown of the system into components, the component interactions and interfaces (including with the environment, especially the user), and the technologies and resources to be used in the design.

Expert 84 months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 months of experience with development, and maintenance of software to support Workers' compensation insurance processes, including implementation of workers' compensation insurance proof of coverage following IAIABC guidelines.

84 months' experience in development, support and implementation of software related to policy billing and collection for Compensation Insurance and Disability Insurance

84 months' experience in development and implementation of software related to policy premium calculation following the guidelines and regulations for Workers' Compensation Insurance.

84 months experience with Oracle PL/SQL utilizing Packages, Types, Objects, Triggers and Advanced Queuing utilizing Oracle version 19c and above.

84 months experience as a .Net application developer - TFS, visual studio with visual studio 2017 or newer

84 months experience with web browser application development using Javascript, CSS, XML, Xslt, html and AJAX.

36 months with Planview PPM Pro (formerly Innotas
