Responsibilities
The Senior SQL Analyst works directly with customers to gather requirements, review data governance guidelines, and pull data for ad-hoc reports, bonus program management, and data analyses for senior leaders. Interacts with senior sales leaders on a regular basis. Manages own workload and is sought out for technical help with SQL and reporting issues. Codes moderately complex SQL queries. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Writes queries to pull/summarize/analyze data from various data sets and platforms
Analyzes a wide variety of sales data to derive insights
Creates ad-hoc reports using either Excel or Power BI
Writes organization-wide communications regarding data alerts and reporting enhancements
Works directly with market and corporate executives and their teams, helping them leverage data and technology to maximize business impact
Provides mentoring to teammates with respect to consultative and technical skills in order to promote best practices and grow the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2 years' experience with TSQL
2 years of experience analyzing data to solve a wide variety of business problems and create data visualizations that drive strategic direction
Experience leading project delivery
Experience in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
Experience in user experience and user interface design
Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
Proficiency in understanding Healthcare related data
Additional Information
This position will be located in the Louisville, KY office when it is deemed safe to come back to the office.
